Freshly grated horseradish burns just like freshly ground mustard when you prepare it, but for you we hold it - and we do it day after day! In our #05 we mix it together with fruity lingonberries: it is a dream wedding in the glass. Medium sharp mustard, hearty. You will love it!
Horseradish and lingonberries have been used in medicinal and in the kitchen since medieval time. The two are a dream couple in bitingness and tart-sweet.
Very nice with smoked fish, meat, especially game, spreads, pancakes, cheese.
