The plantation of El Cuador lies in the middle of Ecuador and grows the fine cocoa that is used for the fine dark El Cuador plantation chocolate. El Cuador fine dark chocolate containing 70% cocoa is strongly aromatic with a flowery cocoa flavour. Fine cocoas make up only 5 % of the world's cocoa harvest. They grow near the equator in tropical areas which have an ideal, warm and humid climate. Rausch plantation chocolate is made from the best fine cocoas only.
