Amacado fine dark chocolate is made using the fine cocoa grown on the Amacado plantation in the Amazon area of northern Peru. Amacado plantation chocolate is an aromatic dark chocolate with a subtle hint of tangy fruit. Fine cocoas make up only 5 % of the world's cocoa harvest. They grow near the equator in tropical areas which have an ideal, warm and humid climate. Rausch plantation chocolate is made from the best fine cocoas only.
