Dresdner Stollen has been known from the 14th century and it is still made the original way using the recipe passed down from generation to generation. This stollen is the benchmark of what all others are judged by, using only the richest butter, Marzipan in the dough and the finest raisins. Dresdner Stollen can only be baked by bakeries located in Dresden, Germany.
This special edition comes in a lovely red & white Cardboard box, the boxes change a bit every year, but the receipt does not!
Emil Reimann Original Dresdner Stollen marks the legendary holiday cake served during the Christmas Holiday season. Dresdner Stollen has been known since the 14th century. But even today, they are baked according to the original recipes which have been handed down through the generations.
Ingredients:
WHEAT, Sultanas, BUTTER, MILK, Lemonade / Orangeat (Cedar fruit, orange peels, glucose fructose syrup, sugar, salt, acidulant citric acid), ALMONDS chopped, sugar, marzipan (ALMONDS, sugar, water), yeast, salt, bitter almonds, natural Aroma, spices.
Decor: decorative snow (dextrose, wheat starch, palm fat, natural flavor), Butter with flavor vanillin, sugar.
