Product Description
Diamant semolina is grinded from sun-ripened wheat varieties. "Griess" are the major parts of the grain flour core obtained after the first milling of the grain. Through a particularly gentle grinding all shell fragments, which are still on the grit particles are removed.
Semolina is particularly suitable for the preparation of sweet desserts, porridges and cakes.
