Often called "windmill cookies," Coppenrath’s uniquely thin Spekulatius are the spiced holiday cookies that set a standard of excellence with a classic crunchiness.

Wheat flour, sugar, vegetable fat (from palm fruit), glucose-fructose syrup, spices (1%, contains cinnamon), caramel sugar syrup, salt, emulsifier (soy lecithin), baking agent (ammonium, potassium, sodium bicarbonate).
