Here is our recipe for hearty German fried potatoes:
1 kg of potatoes
80 g bacon
20 g vegetable fat
2 onions diced
2 tbsp fried potato seasoning
Leave the diced bacon in a large pan, add the fat, fry the raw potato slices in it, sprinkle onion cubes, season and fry for about 25 minutes or until crispy as you like. Serve sprinkled with parsley or chives.
