Dr. Oetker Suesse Mahlzeit Kaiserschmarrn with Raisins (Egg needed!) 165g
Try the classics of Austrian pastries from Dr. Oetker Sweet meal. The Dr. Oetker Kaiserschmarrn is wonderfully loosely and tastes particularly juicy. Fruity raisins, which should not be missing in the classic style, are already included in the mix. It prepared quickly and easily.
1. 1 Cup of Milk goes into a mixing bowl. Add 1 medium sized egg and add the pancake mix and stir with a whisk until smoothy.
2. heat a some butter in a non stick pan. Pour the whole batter into the pan and bake it over medium heat until golden brown
3. FIRST quarter the pancake on the surface using a wood or silicon spatula while the surface of the pancake is still a bit liquidy, then turn the pieces. after that cut them into smaller pieces and bake them until it is golden brown (or to you liking). (please be aware since we are using fresh eggs, the batter has to be baked trough).
4. Serve the Austrian pancake Kaiser-Schmarrn with some sprinkled icing sugar
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Sugar, 12% Raisins, modified starch, skimmed milk powder, baking soda, salt, thickener (guar gum), flavors (contains barley).
My contain traces of eggs as well!
