Our apples were not far away, their home is here in the north of Hamburg. germany. This fine, fruity mustard is made with apple juice instead of water.
Aromatic, freshly pressed old apple varieties from the Old Country near Hamburg, Germany and a fine apple cider vinegar: more apple is not! Fine fruity & mild.
Tastes great with cheese, smoked fish, nut tofu, pork, matjes (pickled herring), potato pancakes.
